These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Nikiplast-M Ltd. and the users of the online store “Oshte” (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), available at https://oshte.eu/

3. Prices and Payments
All prices are in Euro (EUR), VAT included.

4. Orders
Orders are placed through the Website. Once completed, the customer receives an order confirmation via email.
The Website reserves the right to refuse an order in case a product is out of stock or the information provided is incorrect.
5. Delivery
5.1. The Seller ships the ordered goods via courier to the address specified by the Customer or to a courier office, depending on the option selected during checkout.
5.2. Delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed. In case of delay, the Seller will promptly notify the Customer using the provided contact details.
5.3. Delivery cost is determined according to the courier’s tariff and is added to the order total unless a free delivery promotion is announced.
5.4. Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the parcel for visible damages, shortages, or discrepancies. Any such issues must be reported immediately to the courier and a written damage report must be requested and signed on site.
5.5. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer at the moment the shipment is handed over by the courier.
5.6. If the Customer fails to accept the delivery or refuses it without reason, the Seller reserves the right to:

retain delivery and return costs from any prepaid amount; or

charge an additional fee on the next order.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the distance-sale contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller with an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter, email, or return form) before the 14-day period expires.
6.3. The Customer must return the product in its original commercial condition as received — unused, undamaged, clean, in its original packaging, accompanied by all documents (receipt, invoice, instructions, etc.).
6.4. In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer within 14 days of being informed of the decision.
6.5. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6.6. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
6.7. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or the Customer provides proof they have been returned — whichever occurs first.
6.8. The following products are non-returnable under Art. 57 of the CPA:

Goods made to order or customised to the Customer’s specifications

Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Perishable goods
7. Personal Data & Privacy (GDPR)
The Website collects and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.
Data is used solely for order fulfilment and is not shared with third parties without legal grounds.
Users have the right to access, correct, restrict, object to, and delete their personal data.
8. Liability
Oshte.eu is not liable for:

Delays caused by the courier

Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer

Damages resulting from improper use of the product

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
